This enables it to handle orders of any size, style, color or pattern within shorter lead time. Vendors maintain an inventory of raw materials, which helps cut conventional lead time of 60-90 days to 25-40 days for 100% locally produced items.

Impex has its own nominated yarn, fabric & accessory suppliers, to ensure just in time deliveries. Therefore, Impex manages it's own supply chain, which eliminates bottle necks and allows a quick turnaround of orders.
